Integrative Recovery Program for Chronic Urticaria, Eczema and Persistent Skin Conditions

This is a structured integrative process intended for people living with chronic urticaria, eczema, and persistent skin conditions who are willing to take responsibility for the necessary changes in their health, lifestyle, and emotional balance.

No specific outcome can be guaranteed, as every case is unique and requires an individual approach. .

Progress depends on the patient’s commitment, consistency, and willingness to follow the process over time.

My role is to guide, support, adjust, and clarify the process with honesty, structure, and clinical experience.

What This Program Includes

1. Integrative TCM-Based Clinical Approach

A comprehensive therapeutic approach focused on chronic urticaria and persistent skin conditions, integrating:

  • Principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
  • Emotional guidance
  • Chinese herbal medicine
  • Acupuncture support
  • Dietary orientation
  • Lifestyle adjustments
  • Knowledge from modern medicine

Each patient receives a written clinical interpretation explaining:

  • the internal imbalances identified,
  • the organs and systems involved,
  • and the mechanisms believed to be contributing to the condition.

In the vast majority of cases, patients experience significant relief and improvement in quality of life within a relatively short period of time.

Some conditions may not be fully reversible, but they can often be significantly stabilized and controlled.

2. Individual Consultations

  • 2 to 3 private video consultations per month
  • Direct contact with me
  • Ongoing evaluation and adjustments according to clinical progress

3. Emotional Guidance and Life Adjustments

Chronic skin conditions are frequently associated with prolonged stress, emotional overload, nervous system dysregulation, sleep imbalance, and lifestyle patterns that affect internal balance over time.

This process includes:

  • Emotional guidance
  • Stress and trigger management
  • Lifestyle adjustments
  • Sleep and recovery orientation
  • Support in identifying destabilizing patterns

The goal is to improve stability and reduce the likelihood of relapses over time.

4. Dietary Guidance

Patients receive:

  • Clear orientation on what to avoid and what to prioritize
  • Dietary guidance adapted to their specific condition
  • Progressive adjustments according to clinical evolution

I do not impose extreme or highly restrictive diets.

The approach is individualized, practical, and sustainable.

5. Acupuncture Support (When Applicable)

When acupuncture is recommended, patients receive:

  • Support in identifying a qualified professional in their area
  • Written clinical guidance explaining:
    • the systems involved,
    • the internal imbalance patterns identified,
    • and the therapeutic direction being followed

This allows local professionals to work more coherently within the process and contact me if necessary.

6. Optional Support Community

Patients may have access to a private support group including:

  • Patients currently undergoing the process
  • People who have remained stable or symptom-free for several years

The purpose of the group is to:

  • Share experiences
  • Reduce isolation
  • Provide reassurance and context
  • Support long-term consistency

Participation is entirely optional.

7. Ongoing Clarification and Support

Questions related to the process may be discussed through messages within previously defined limits, ensuring clarity, organization, sustainability, and mutual respect.

This support does not replace emergency medical care.

Program Structure and Duration

This is a structured process with continuous follow-up and regular clinical evaluation.

The program includes:

  • Ongoing guidance and adjustments according to clinical progress
  • Regular evaluation of symptoms, triggers, emotional patterns, and general stability
  • Continuous adaptation of the process according to each patient’s evolution

The first 8 to 12 weeks are usually the most intensive phase of the process, during which many patients experience significant improvement and stabilization.

However, the program itself is designed to provide support and follow-up for up to 1 year.

At the end of this period, continuation may be discussed only if clinically justified and mutually agreed upon.

Responsibility and Commitment

This process requires:

  • Active participation
  • Consistency
  • Lifestyle adjustments
  • Emotional and behavioral changes when necessary
  • Honesty and cooperation

I guide the process.

The patient is responsible for applying it consistently over time.

Without commitment and consistency, meaningful progress cannot be expected.

Final Note

This program is based on years of clinical observation, structured guidance, and Traditional Chinese Medicine principles applied to chronic urticaria, eczema, and persistent skin conditions.

The focus is not on promises, but on process, structure, long-term stability, and real change.
