My first urticaria symptoms started in August 2024, during one of the most physically and emotionally exhausting periods of my life.
At the time, I was trying to balance intense academic pressure, work responsibilities, emotional stress, and constant exhaustion. I was working long hours while trying to continue my studies, which slowly pushed my body and emotional state beyond their limits.
Over time, the stress, anxiety, emotional overload, and lack of rest started affecting every aspect of my wellbeing. My urticaria became unbearable, and there were periods when I could barely sleep because of the symptoms.
I heard the name of Luis Monteiro through an online discussion board, and after looking into his work, I decided to begin his Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment program in December 2024.

Today I feel hopeful, emotionally stronger, and grateful to finally be recovering my freedom and quality of life again.
