In mid-June 2019, I was searching on Facebook for people who had recovered from cholinergic urticaria when I came across a comment from Luis on a post that caught my attention.
After contacting him, it did not take long for me to realize that he deeply understood the condition I was dealing with. At that time, I had already been suffering from cholinergic urticaria for around 10 months. I had seen several doctors, undergone many medical tests, and was taking antihistamines and antidepressants, but nothing seemed to help and no clear answers were found.
Luís started guiding and advising me regarding my condition and, after several months, my symptoms gradually started becoming weaker and less frequent until they eventually disappeared.
